CU*NorthWest hires Sapino as new client services manager

CU*NorthWest, a 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, has hired Marsha Sapino as its new client services manager. Sapino has worked in the credit union industry for the last twenty years, most recently years as the assistant manager in the AuditLink division at CU*Answers for the last six years.

With Sapino’s existing experience on the CU*BASE® core suite, relationships across the cuasterisk.com network, she is uniquely qualified to lead the CUSO’s service teams. Marsha has specialized in the areas of BSA, AML, OFAC and is an expert in ACH, but also brings a strong background in direct credit union operations. Her qualifications will not only be an asset to client service offerings, but also to the management team of CU*NorthWest.

Marsha will be relocating from Michigan and joining the team at CU*NorthWest by December 2018.
