It’s Me 247 provides your members the ability to create their own online branch with the look and feel they choose using color themes and photo albums. Enhanced security settings through the use of Personal Internet Branch (PIB) provide unique control options such as setting time of day accounts can be accessed, which features (transfers and check withdrawals for example) are available to use online, even setting geographic controls for the location of the person logging into their account.

It’s Me 247 makes it easy to bank online. Provide your members 24 hour access to open accounts and apply for loans online with loan applications integrated to the CU*BASE lending platform. This full-featured solution offers traditional capabilities like transfers, inquiries, and viewing and printing images of cancelled checks and then goes beyond by allowing your members to make Account-to-Account (A2A) Transfers to others institutions, view pending ACH deposits, even “nickname” their accounts!
CU*Answers is offering Mobile Banking free to its credit unions. It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking utilizes a similar features set as It’s Me 247, but with views optimized for mobile browsers, allowing members to view balances, account history, and transfer funds. CU*NorthWest has also launched It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking via a downloadable application for cell phones. It’s Me 247 Mobile App Banking as well as one-way text for e-Alerts , and two-way text for interactive banking via SMS text messaging are now available.
CU*NorthWest provides more than just a link to CheckFree or iPay. CU*EasyPay! offers a consolidated log-on feature, passing your members directly from your credit union website to It’s Me 247, and Bill Pay where they can view, schedule and pay bills electronically. Fee and reward options are linked with CU*BASE relationship pricing and tiered service programs, encouraging your members to take advantage of these Self-Service products.
