Configuration Review
Exhaustive deep dive into all configuration areas of
CU*Base. Discussion of the “philosophical” nature of
configurations including commentary and feedback
provided by others in the network, and discussion of
how your institution is setup compared to how most
others are setup in the network. Sessions run 2 hours
per week for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Periodic Review
In depth recurring sessions with CEO and key staff or anyone
you want to invite.

- Discussions and documentation on recent releases in
updates in the software - Discussion of new/upcoming features/options that may be

Bryce Follett joined CU*NorthWest as a Client Services Representative in October 2019, holding an MBA from Eastern Washington University. As part of the client services team, he gained expertise in CU*Base software and played a pivotal role in two credit union conversions, handling configurations and assisting with data validation. Bryce was promoted to Client Services Manager within a couple of years and in 2024, he transitioned to the role of Client Solutions Consultant to expand CU*NorthWest’s service offerings. He is highly skilled in credit union configurations and passionate about data extraction, having written over 1,000 custom reports and queries to help credit unions access critical data efficiently and more cost-effectively.
