ATTENTION ONLINE CREDIT UNIONS
As you may be aware, in July 2020 we launched a product called Librarian which served as an alternative to receiving physical DVD/CD copies of your reports, statements and – in some cases – image data (receipts, loan forms, member forms). If you had previously been receiving physical copies of your data, you would have stopped receiving them at the time that Librarian launched and they would have instead become available for download electronically in Librarian.
After receiving feedback and careful consideration, we have decided to sunset the Librarian product. CU*NorthWest will provide physical media (DVDs/CDs) to your credit union for the time frame of July 2020 through December 31, 2021. This will be offered at no additional cost to your credit union. The cost to receive your data disks going forward has not changed and is based on how many data types you elect to receive (pricing is listed in the attached document).
ACTION REQUIRED – if you would like to continue receiving archived media after December 2021, we need you to fill out the Data Archival Options Form on our online store prior to December 15th, 2021. Once there, you can elect whether or not you wish to continue receiving disks moving forward, and for what data types. You will need to respond even if you do not wish to receive your data on disk in the future.
