ATTENTION ONLINE CREDIT UNIONS
As part of the CU*BASE 23.05 Release arriving on May 7th, we will be implementing a change to the Automated Check Holds screen to start allowing for additional days for large-dollar deposits. As a consequence of this development, however, we are sunsetting the feature that allows for holds to be set by R&T. After the 23.05 Release is deployed, CU*BASE will no longer support the “Holds by R&T” feature.
If you are receiving this email, it is because your credit union currently has this featured turned on. You will need to turn this feature off and review your hold settings no later than Friday, May 5th. A member of our team will be reaching out soon to discuss available options.
