One Less Click When Ordering a New ATM/Debit Card at Account Opening!
Keep forgetting to check the ATM/Debit card box when opening a new checking account? Cure that annoyance with a workflow control change that automatically checks the “Order ATM/Debit card” box on the “New Account Creation” screen by default. Now your Member Service Representative will not have to remember to check the box!
Make the change using Tool #1004: Workflow Controls: Open Mbrships/Accts. Check the “ATM/Debit card maintenance” box and the “Order ATM/Debit card” box will be checked by default. NOTE: The employee can also uncheck the box when on the “New Account Creation” screen.
