ATTENTION ONLINE CREDIT UNIONS

This summer, we will be debuting a completely new look-and-feel and user experience for It’s Me 247 desktop and mobile web banking!  This new version of online banking combines both the desktop and mobile versions into a single design that works on every device, whether you are using your phone, tablet or home computer!  This mobile-first design, combined with our new modular infrastructure, will give your credit union new control options over how online banking features are presented to your members.

 Direct Login Widget Changes

Following the deployment of the new It’s Me 247 online banking, your existing login widgets will be changing automatically (refer to the CU*Answers Kitchen page to review the date that your credit union will receive the new online banking).

The new login widget will require a slightly larger footprint on your credit union’s website.  While there are no changes required to continue accessing It’s Me 247 online banking, you may wish to move to one of the new, larger size login widgets to retain the same username/password form.  If CU*Answers Web Services manages your website, they can assist you with this process – please reach out to them at: web_services@cuanswers.com.
