If your credit union has online credit cards, please be aware that payments will be calculated differently starting at the end of January 2024!
At the end of January, we will be implementing a project that will change the way that incomplete loan applications are routed in CU*BASE, how online credit card payments are calculated, and (if configured) how LOC payments are calculated.
Throughout January, we will be hosting multiple training sessions that will provide a look into these upcoming changes. It is key that your credit union joins one of these sessions, to know what to expect with the project changes.
