Has your credit union recently reviewed your current users in PASS, the Payment Application Support System for Payveris? Our cleanup process is intended to help you remove any inactive users/staff who are no longer employed with your credit union, or add new users that may be missing from your current list.
Employees with the administrator role in PASS can access their list of current PASS users by logging into PASS and selecting ‘Search PASS Users.’ If you find you need to remove any existing users, you can reach out to us via AnswerBook to make the deletion requests.
