Attention Paymentus Bill Pay/P2P Credit Unions
A new enhancement to Paywatch Fraud Monitoring is now available! With this enhancement, the SettleMINT EFT team has the ability to add email addresses to receive communications indicating that there are Paywatch Alerts which need to be decisioned.
If your credit union would like to have one or more staff email addresses set up to receive these alert notifications, please reach out to the SettleMINT EFT team. We strongly recommend that your credit union creates/uses a group email address, so that all Paywatch users can receive these notifications. Below is an example of what the notifications will look like:
