ATTENTION ONLINE CREDIT UNIONS
On Feb 23rd, It’s My Biz 247 will become BizLink 247 Online Banking for Business, kicking off a big year of exciting changes for our entire online banking suite. Here’s the scoop:
For Members Already Using It’s My Biz 247
Members already using the multi-login business banking product will see a new logo and color scheme the first time they log in after the Feb 23rd updates. Everything else will work exactly as it does now.
For CUs Already Offering It’s My Biz 247
Other than informing your members to expect the new look, your credit union doesn’t need to do anything prior to February 23rd. Although the URL will be changing from ItsMyBiz247.com to BizLink247.com, we will automatically redirect members to the new site.
However, we do plan to sunset the old URLs as of June 11th, so sometime between Feb 23rd and June 11th you may need to adjust links on your website:
- For instructions, see this AnswerBook item.
- If we manage your website, the Web Services team will take care of these changes for you after Feb 23rd.
- If you use the Biz Mobile 1.0 app, we will take care of any necessary updates for you, free of charge.
- Watch for an email later today from Xtend about an outreach campaign they will be offering to help you communicate the brand name change to your members.
Why the change?
Think of it as making space on the shelf for new products, along with a desire to clarify our brands and their intended audiences. This name change sets the stage for us to introduce new online/mobile banking approaches, starting later this year.

In addition to the two products in our current suite (It’s Me 247 for natural-person members and BizLink 247 for businesses who need multi-login services), we’re already working towards adding two more approaches for CUs to choose. Check out the recipe in the Kitchen for more details:
