Let your members self-serve by accessing their tax forms from It’s Me 247 via desktop or their mobile phones, right alongside their account statements! This means that your members will no longer need to contact you for lost or misplaced forms. If they do, you can point them to online banking and give them a rundown of the other great services available to them. Additionally, these forms will be available to your staff in CU*Spy.
This service is available to any credit union using CU*Spy for member statements, as well as any credit unions with release managed in-house vaults.
