Best Practices for Your Email Upkeep: Addresses Tied to eStatements

Following the issues that were encountered with email delivery and bounce-backs in late April, we’ve made some changes at CU*Answers relating to how we handle emails and similar methods of communication.  We have also gathered several AnswerBook topics that we want to share with clients, to better safeguard against delivery errors and bounce-backs.
