Following the issues that were encountered with email delivery and bounce-backs in late April, we’ve made some changes at CU*Answers relating to how we handle emails and similar methods of communication. We have prepared AnswerBook topics which provide greater detail on these changes.
It is critical that any credit union email addresses set up as a “from” address for member emails, be configured so that we are authorized to send on your behalf. Click the button below for more information on these “from” addresses and to learn how they should be configured.
