Haven’t Turned on Text Banking Yet? Why Not?


Give your members more ways to check their balances and perform transfers with text banking!  Text banking is the quickest way for your members to find out their balance and does not involve a username, password or even a finger print!  The only requirement is that your members have a phone!

Once your credit union has set up a text banking program, members can enroll and authenticate their phone number within It’s Me 247 (desktop or mobile).  Text banking provides yet another way for members to take care of business when other services are temporarily unavailable or your call center is closed.

As a bonus, once your members are enrolled in text banking, they can sign up to receive text eAlerts, which will notify them the next time they get an ACH deposit, give them a ‘heads-up’ a few days before their loan payment is due, and more!
