With over ten years of experience in the credit union industry, Kasey is invested in hiring, training, and coaching new staff at the Innovation Center and actively seeks opportunities to turn everyday interactions into learning experiences for both staff and members of the network.

Lani started her career with CU*Answers in 2007, but her time working in the credit union industry began in 1992. Lani brings practical knowledge into her training, and loves helping clients learn new and convenient ways to utilize our core software.
