As of Monday, June 10th, we have deployed a new configuration which allows your credit union to waive NSF/ANR Fees for ACH ‘retry’ items. This includes a configuration flag that your credit union can set, should your credit union wish to waive these fees.

Additionally, the Asterisk Intelligence team has a query that can identify the retry transactions based on live data. This query set can identify the number of occurrences, should your credit union choose to waive fees manually.
