If your credit union works with business memberships, the Positive Pay toolkit is great resource to help prevent fraudulent activity from posting to business member’s checking account.
An online tool accessible through BizLink 247, Positive Pay allows business members to upload checks they have written, or to manually enter the checks they have written. Any other checks that attempt to clear, that are not on the Positive Pay list for the business checking account, will kick out as an exception for the business member to review on a daily basis.
