Year-End Guides are Now Available!
The 2022 Year-End Processing Guides are now available online! In case you missed our earlier announcement, this year we are opting for an all-digital approach, meaning that we will not be mailing printed copies of the guide to your credit union.
This change will allow us to keep the most up-to-date information available to you at all times, using PDF versions of the guides that can be easily updated with any new relevant information. This, in combination with these bulletins and a quick view year-end page in the Help Hub, will provide your entire staff with instant and accurate information as to the state of all things year-end processing.

Please note: due dates for Ascensus are currently tentative. We will provide follow-up announcements with additional details if these dates change.
Your first year-end deadline is Monday, November 14
Note that after the deadline, the instruction screen will lock and you will need to contact the Client Services team for assistance. As a reminder, failure to complete year-end processing tasks prior to the assigned deadline may cause your credit union to incur a fee. You may be contacted by a member of our teams to ensure that you will not have trouble meeting the deadline.

Our Advice for a Smooth Year-End
- Select a coordinator to assign tasks and ensure they are complete.
- Review the guide carefully, including any post-publication updates.
- Review deadlines in advance to avoid missing a task and incurring a fee.
- Have all year-end staff attend year-end training.
- Pay special attention to year-end emails as requirements may change.
- Ask questions! Our teams are here and ready to assist.
